Floor plans
Layouts that travel.
A native floor plan tool, drawn for hospitality. Tables, head table, bar, A/V, fire lanes, rigging points — placed once, shared with the team that needs to know.
What you can place
Editable, not embedded.
01
Tables, chairs, head table
Round, rect, banquet, cocktail. Snap to a grid or place freely. Counts roll up into the run of show.
02
Bar, kitchen, dance floor
Place once, reuse across events. Bartenders see the bar; rentals see the floor; A/V sees the stage.
03
Fire lanes and emergency egress
Mark them. Print them. The fire marshal can see them. We do not embed an image — they are real geometry.
04
A/V drops and rigging points
Power, audio, video — overlaid as a layer. Rigging diagram lines up with the room diagram, no Photoshop.
05
Designated pre-areas
Florals lay-up. Linens fold. Ice load-in. Catering plate-up. Each labelled, each visible to the right vendor.
06
Versioned and shareable
When the bar moves, the version increments. Caterers see the new one. The old one stays in the audit trail.
