A workbook for the people who run events.
VenueSync was built because Saturday morning was triage and there was no need for it to be.
We started in 2025, in Brooklyn, in a venue we had each worked weddings and brand activations inside. The pattern was the same every week: a planner with a spreadsheet, a venue manager with a clipboard, and a vendor group thread that no one read in time. The Wi-Fi password was on a Post-it. The freight elevator was double-booked. The photographer was on the wrong floor.
So we made the workbook the venue, the planner, and the vendor share. It is composed in the register of the industry it serves — hospitality — not the register of the SaaS tools we have all been forced to use. It does not bark. It does not gamify. It does not stream-lights or motivational-quote. It runs the day, quietly, and gets out of the way.
We are a small team. We work with venues we have walked through. We answer email by name. We do not use the word seamless.
